This Sunday, April 22nd, we will celebrate Earth Day with our usual wood-chipping of the paths to the cottage and through the woods at 1:00 p.m. Please bring gloves, rakes, pitchforks, wheelbarrows or just your energy.
No 4:00 program, but:
“Songs for a Livable Land” with Nan Hoffman and Joe Tumino at 7 p.m. at St. John’s Grace Episcopal Church, 51 Colonial Circle in Buffalo; free-will donation; refreshments. This is part of POEM (Peace On Earth Month) 2012 [as is the “Clean Energy Roundtable” at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Burchfield Penney Art Center, 1300 Elmwood Avenue, featuring Lynda Schneekloth, Walter Simpson, Bill Nowak and Rita Yelda].
